Our process
Custom Clothing Process
Six steps take a design from your first brief to a shipped order. Each stage is agreed with you before the next one starts.
The six steps
From design to delivery
Every step is confirmed with you, so nothing is cut or shipped without your sign-off.

01 Send Your Design
Share your artwork or tech pack, a measurement chart for each style, and the quantities per style and colour. A sketch or reference photo is enough to start.

02 Discuss Materials & Details
We come back on fabric options, weight and hand-feel, and the trims: drawcords, zips, woven labels and hang tags, all made to your design.

03 Sample Development
Your sample is developed in about 10 working days and covers fit, fabric and branding, so the piece is signed off before anything is cut in bulk.

04 Production
Once the sample is approved the bulk run goes ahead: 50 pieces per style in a single colourway is enough for a first order, with the run taking 5 to 8 weeks.

05 Quality Inspection
Two inspections run during production and a final check before packing, over 3 to 5 days, so faults are caught while the line is still running.

06 Packing & Shipping
Garments are packed to your specification in 3 to 4 days, then shipped by air in 7 to 15 days, by express in 5 to 7 days, or by sea in 28 to 45 days.
