Neckline depth, shoulder line and hem position come first. Each is read from the chart or the flat measurements you send, and recorded on the sample sheet.
Starting From Your Measurements
Send the flat measurements of a t-shirt you already sell, or a full size chart. The pattern is built from those numbers, and the first sample is cut from that pattern and measured against the same chart.
Sending a Chest Graphic
Send the artwork at the finished width and height. Chest graphics can be water, rubber, puff or digital print, or embroidery, applique or patch. The file is reviewed at your stated size before the run starts.
Fabric Reference
Send a swatch or a reference garment. Fabric type, weight and colourway go on the sample sheet with the garment measurements.
Deciding the Size Split
The minimum is 50 pieces per style in one colourway, and the split across your sizes is your decision. State the split together with the artwork and the chart, and send all three to Michelle@yimifashion.com.
