An acid-wash finish gives a hoodie a depth that flat dye cannot: the colour breaks up across the cloth, so each piece carries its own light-and-shade pattern. That variation is the point, and it is worth agreeing how far it should go on a sample.
The Wash Is Judged on the Cloth
A washed finish reads differently on a screen than it does in the hand, because the pattern shifts across the body, the sleeves and the hood. We settle the intensity and the placement with you on a sample, so the bulk run follows a reference you have already approved.
Built as a Full-Zip Hoodie
The garment is developed as a zip-through hoodie with a hood and front pockets. Fit, hood depth, ribbing and the wash are all confirmed together on the sample, because they affect one another.
Branding That Sits With the Finish
A washed surface changes how a logo reads, so branding is planned with the finish rather than after it: print for a graphic that follows the cloth, embroidery for a mark that stands above it, and applique or patch where the design wants a separate layer.
